I always knew I wanted to run my own business one day. I just did not expect real estate to be how I got there. It found me over a coffee that was meant to be nothing more than research, and I have not looked back since.

I am a senior agent at Hartles & Co, a twelve-person team working across Hamilton and the wider Waikato. I started on the marketing side while I studied for my licence, which means I have never really separated the two: a good campaign and a good result are the same thing to me. Five years on, that marketing eye is still my sharpest tool, the strategy behind a campaign, the presentation that makes people stop scrolling, and the honest conversations that happen underneath all of it.

I believe a good campaign is honest before it is anything else, about pricing, about timing, about what a property can realistically achieve. It has meant a great deal to build a five-star reputation, but the feedback I hold onto most is simpler than any number: people telling me I do not feel like a typical real estate agent. That is exactly how I want it to stay.
