Selling or buying a home is rarely just a transaction. It is one of the biggest decisions most people will make. It deserves someone who treats it that way from the very first conversation.

I lead Hartles & Co, a twelve-person real estate team working across Hamilton and the wider Waikato. Real estate found me nine years ago. Since then I have worked through nearly every part of this business: listing support, running campaigns solo, co-leading a team, and now leading it outright. I did not arrive at this role. I worked through every layer of it, which is why I understand what good looks like at each stage of your journey, not just the final one.

What I believe has not changed since day one: look after people properly, and the results take care of themselves. That means listening first, speaking plainly, and measuring success by more than the number on the contract.

I am proud that our team has been named RateMyAgent's Team of the Year for New Zealand two years running. I have been fortunate enough to be recognised individually too: Waikato's Agent of the Year in 2025, and ranked among the North Island's top ten agents in both 2025 and 2026, climbing from fourth to second. But the number closest to my heart is a different one. Most of what we do now comes from people we have already helped, and the friends and family they send our way. That tells me the experience mattered as much as the result. That is exactly how I want it to stay.
