On Endeavour Avenue, weekend plans tend to make themselves. The bikes head one way to Flagstaff Park, with its playground, walking track and a book box worth checking on every visit. The footballs head the other way to Discovery Park, where the fields are big enough for backyard cricket’s bigger cousin in summer and Saturday sport through winter. Endeavour School sits just across from Flagstaff Park, so the school run is a walk rather than a drive. Saturday coffee and a bakehouse pie from River Road are close enough to collect on foot.

Inside, the home is brick and tile, built in the 1990s, with plenty of room to grow into. Four bedrooms plus an office space mean everyone has a door of their own to close, whether it is for a nap, a sleepover or a teenager who needs some space. Homework can spread out across the dining table or be tucked away in the study. On work-from-home days, the study becomes the quiet room with a door that shuts. Two bathrooms mean the morning rush still gets everyone out on time.

Dinner comes together on the gas cooktop while the dishwasher takes care of the aftermath. The living room is where everyone lands at the end of the day to share how it went. When winter sets in, three heat pumps and an HRV system keep the house warm and fresh, so evenings are spent on the couch rather than hunting for another blanket.

Outside, the section is fully fenced, so the back door can stay open and little ones can come and go without anyone watching the gate. The double garage swallows the cars, the scooters, the sports bags and everything else a growing family collects along the way.
